Payment via bank transfer or direct deposit
Our preferred method of payment, directly into our Westpac Bank Account. Our account details (Account name, BSB number and account number) will be made available to you after you have completed checkout and chosen "bank transfer or deposit" as your method of payment. Our bank details will be sent to you via email along with your order confirmation (please ensure that our emails pass through your spam filter). Please use your order number or your name in as the payment reference. Once your payment is confirmed (usually within 1-3 business days) your order will be dispatched and I will email you with the estimated delivery date for your order.

Payment via Paypal
If you choose to pay with paypal we will send you an invoice from paypal with a link to the paypal site where you will be able to pay for your order. Your order will be sent within 24 hours (weekdays) of your payment being received. I will email you when your has been sent and will let you know the estimated delivery date for your order.

Payment via Credit Card
If you would like to pay with a credit card, you will need to choose `Paypal` as a payment method. Credit cards are processed by the secure paypal website. We do not have access to nor will we ever ask for your credit card details. Your order will be sent within 24 hours (weekdays) of your payment being received. I will email you when your has been sent and will let you know the estimated delivery date for your order.

Payment via Money Order
Information on who to make money orders payable to will be sent to you via email along with your order confirmation (please ensure that our emails pass through your spam filter). Your order will be sent within 24 hours (weekdays) of your money order being received. I will email you to let you know I have received your money order and to inform you of the estimated delivery date for your order.


How to place an order

Online Shop
The fastest and easiest way of placing your order is through our secure shopping cart. This also provides both you and me with a written copy of the order, thereby eliminating errors and misunderstandings. You should also double check your order before you complete check-out.

After you place your order you will receive an automatic email with details of your order and payment information. Non-receipt of this email is generally due to either an incorrect email address or a spam filter. If you do not receive this email check your spam folder. If the email is not located in your spam folder please contact us, as we have either not received your order or have an incorrect email address for you.

Telephone
I no longer accept orders over the phone due to an increasing rate of errors. If you would prefer not to use the shopping cart, please either email me your order or send me your order via letter, so that we both have a written copy.
