Postal/Freight Options

All orders are sent with Australia Post and you will have the option to choose between regular parcel post or express post at checkout.
Regular parcel post orders will actually be sent with receipted delivery, which is trackable and requires a signature on delivery.
A handling and packaging charge of $1 is included in the postage costs.
The maximum amount you will be charged for regular post anywhere within Australia is $15.

Big Tree Supplies is a purely internet based business and I do not have a store open to the public.
Pick up is no longer available due to time constraints.

Overseas Shipping: I do ship overseas and all orders are sent with Australia Post Airmail (registered) which must be signed for and provides limited online tracking depending on the destination country.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working days of payment being received, Monday to Friday.

Please contact me if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of your payment and I will investigate with Austalia Post and respond to you within 24 hours.

Returns
Please read the item descriptions carefully as I do not accept returns for wrong decisions. If you are not sure about an item, please contact me with any queries before you buy.
If an item is damaged on arrival, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a replacement to be sent.
Unless the fault is mine, you are responsible for the postage to return any product. If approved, refunds are for the items minus initial postage only and items must be returned in the same condition they were received in.
