Postal/Freight Options

All orders are sent with Australia Post and you will have the option to choose between regular parcel post or express post at checkout.
Regular parcel post orders will actually be sent with receipted delivery, which is trackable and requires a signature on delivery.
A handling and packaging charge of $1 is included in the postage costs.
The maximum amount you will be charged for regular post anywhere within Australia is $15.

I do not have a store and I`m afraid pickup is no longer available.

I do ship overseas and all orders are sent with Australia Post Airmail (registered).

Items will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received, Monday to Friday.

Please contact me if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of your payment and I will investigate and respond to you within 24 hours.

Returns
Please read the item descriptions carefully as I do not accept returns for wrong decisions. If you are not sure about an item, please contact me with any queries before you buy.
If an item is damaged on arrival, please contact me within 48 hours to arrange a replacement. Buyer is responsible for postage to return any product, unless the fault is mine.
If approved, refunds are for the items minus initial postage only.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in.
